A huge detached Lanzarote holiday villa with private heated pool set in extensive gardens 2000m2 & 5 bedrooms,3 bathrooms. Located in Puerto del Carmen, on the edge of Los Mojones, with excellent coastal & mountain views and within walking distance of the old town,shops,restaurants and bars.
The villa is extremely spacious and has been built in traditional Spanish style with exposed beams and feature stonework. The large lounge has a TV (with basic Sky TV stations), video and hi-fi unit. There is a feature lava stone wall with working open fireplace and high beamed ceiling. The separate country kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a laundry room with washing machine and drying area.
In the main house there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.There is a family shower room serving these bedrooms. Two further bedrooms are available in the separate annex which is by the pool area and only opened for parties of 7 or more. The bedrooms are very spacious one with a double bed and the other 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. Both share a full bathroom. Two z-beds can be made available for use in the main house or the annexe.
The main terrace is huge and has a large dining table and chairs shaded under a pergola. From here there are magnificent views of the sea and coastline. Steps lead down to a cave built in volcanic stone.
A pathway leads through the gardens to the beautiful kidney shaped heated swimming pool and the annexe, terrace and garden surround the pool 6x12m in size, which has the benefit of a slide for extra enjoyment. Sun loungers, terrace furniture and barbecue complete the outside facilities.
